1) What do you think is social media?

As i see it social media is a new way to communicate, to be informed on events.
It is just an new tool that permit you to interact more.

2) Why are social networks important in the marketing mix?

I think that social media are very important in our daily life because everybody especially young people use it. We must be able to use it and communicate throught the social networks.
For my part, I think that social networks are nowadays really important in the marketing mix especialy for the P-Promo.
Indeed you can now create events or to make a new product known.
